End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of CasaVise AI. If you download CasaVise AI from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated by reference. These supplemental terms apply to features specific to CasaVise AI. If they conflict with mandatory store terms, the mandatory store terms control.
1. License
Subject to this Agreement and applicable store rules, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use CasaVise AI on devices you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
2. The service
CasaVise AI creates visual design concepts from photos and choices you provide. Features may include furniture placement, interior and exterior redesign, landscape concepts, reference-style transfer and themed decoration. Feature availability may vary by platform, subscription, region and technical capacity.
3. Your photos and instructions
You retain rights you hold in photos and other content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to host, copy, transmit and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the requested service. You are responsible for having permission to upload every image and for removing sensitive information you do not want processed.
When you complete your first free generation, its before-and-after images are published in the community gallery for other CasaVise AI users to view, and that free result cannot be hidden. Subscriber generations are public in the community by default. Subscribers may change an eligible result to private from History; private results are removed from the community gallery but remain in the subscriber’s own history. Do not upload content that you do not have permission to share under these rules.
4. AI-generated output
Generated images are creative visual concepts. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic or visually inconsistent with measurements, materials, lighting, construction conditions or local regulations. Results are not architectural, engineering, electrical, structural, safety or construction advice. Verify dimensions, products and plans with qualified professionals before purchasing, installing or building anything.
AI systems may produce similar outputs for different users. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, fit for a particular purpose or free from third-party claims.
5. Subscriptions and billing
AI generation requires an active subscription unless the app explicitly states otherwise. Available plans, prices, billing periods, renewal dates, included generation rights and offer eligibility are displayed by the applicable app store and subscription provider at purchase time.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account within the period required by the store.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Unused generation rights do not carry over unless the selected plan explicitly says they do.
- Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to applicable store rules and law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use CasaVise AI to violate law or third-party rights; upload content without permission; attempt to expose private systems or credentials; bypass subscriptions or usage limits; automate abusive requests; distribute malware; or create unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful content. We may hide or remove community content that violates this Agreement, applicable law or the safety of the service.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve quality or manage service capacity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every image will produce a successful result. When a generation definitively fails, usage-right treatment will follow the plan rules shown in the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation, abuse, security risk or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CasaVise AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Final warranty, liability cap and governing-law wording will be completed after the operator’s legal identity and launch territories are confirmed.
