Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CasaVise AI (“CasaVise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) plans to collect, use, store and share information when you use the CasaVise AI mobile application and website.
1. Information we process
Anonymous account and device-related information
The app is designed to begin without a registration form. It may create an anonymous account identifier so your designs, subscription status and usage balance can be associated with your installation. We may also process app version, device platform, language, diagnostic events and crash information needed to operate the service.
Photos, design inputs and generated results
Depending on the selected mode, you may provide room, exterior, garden, furniture or reference design photos. We also process selected styles, themes and the images generated from your request. Photos may contain information about your home or belongings, so you should remove people, documents, addresses and other sensitive details before uploading.
Community gallery and visibility
When you complete your first free generation, the before-and-after images from that generation are published in the community gallery and can be viewed by other CasaVise AI users. Free generations cannot be hidden. For subscribers, completed generations are public in the community by default. Subscribers can change an eligible result to private from History; a private result is removed from the community gallery while remaining in the subscriber’s own history. The gallery may display before-and-after images, a publication timestamp and an aggregate like count.
Subscription and usage information
We may process subscription entitlement, product, renewal and transaction identifiers received from the app store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number. Usage records may include the number and status of requested designs and the plan period used to calculate available generation rights.
2. Why we use information
- Create and restore an anonymous session.
- Upload input photos, generate requested designs and return results.
- Save design history and reconnect to an in-progress generation.
- Display eligible public designs in the community gallery and record likes and visibility preferences.
- Verify subscriptions, restore purchases and enforce plan usage limits.
- Protect the service, investigate failures and prevent duplicate or abusive requests.
- Meet legal obligations and respond to support or rights requests.
3. Service providers
CasaVise AI is designed to use Supabase for anonymous authentication, database functions and private file storage; RevenueCat for subscription management; n8n for server-side workflow orchestration; and an AI image provider for generation. Apple or Google processes store purchases under its own privacy terms. The final AI provider and its applicable processing terms will be identified before launch.
We do not plan to include advertising SDKs in the first release, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Storage, security and retention
Personal media is stored in private storage protected by user-level access rules. The community gallery does not expose permanent public storage files: the server creates short-lived links only for items that are currently visible. Service credentials remain on the server and are not embedded in the mobile application.
Source images, generated results, job logs and billing records may require different retention periods. While an account remains active, its design history may be retained so the service can show previous results. You can request deletion from the account controls in the app; deleting an account also removes its community gallery items. The exact production retention periods and deletion schedule still require final publication before public release. Deleting the app alone does not necessarily delete server-side data.
5. Your choices and rights
You may choose not to upload a photo. Premium visibility preferences can be changed from History; the first free generation remains public in the community gallery. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
6. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we will use contractual and technical measures intended to protect information transferred internationally.
7. Children
CasaVise AI is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request children to upload images of private living spaces. Age-rating and child-data requirements will be finalized before store submission.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, providers and legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page will show when the latest version was published.
9. Contact
The operator’s legal name, postal address and privacy/support email are release-blocking details and have not been supplied. They will be published here before CasaVise AI becomes publicly available.
